The average time to walk the gardens is 45 minutes to one hour. There are many stone benches provided along the trails for resting and enjoying the atmosphere and views. Due to the rugged nature of the grounds and the steepness of some areas,the gardens are not recommended for those with physical limitations or health problems. The pathways and steps have been fashioned from rough native stone. Good walking or athletic shoes are advised. Leather soled and high heeled shoes are not recommended for the walking trails. Wheel Chairs, strollers, etc., can not be used. Also because the garden features include pools, cliffs, and irregular terrain, young children must stay with their parents at all times. There is absolutely no running and no food or drink in the gardens, with the exception of plastic water bottles. No pets are allowed in the garden. Please enjoy the Gardens from the paths and lawn.
